Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy covers programs sold by XSITE Capital Academy LLC (“XSITE,” “we,” “us”). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Vanguard Core ($25,000) and Elite ($45,000): 30-Day Action-Based Guarantee

Eligibility. You may request a full refund of fees paid if, within thirty (30) days of your enrollment date, you have (i) completed onboarding and the vision call, and (ii) attended at least one (1) live coaching call, as recorded by attendance logs.
Deadline. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] no later than Day 30 after your enrollment date. Requests submitted after Day 30 will not be accepted.
Verification. We verify completion through platform and attendance records. Our records are the basis for determining eligibility.
Processing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days. Upon refund, your access to all program materials, community spaces and live sessions ends immediately.
Non-delivery. Nothing in this policy limits your rights if we fail to deliver the program as described.

Program fees are non-refundable except under the guarantee above, because enrollment reserves a limited cohort seat and commits resources for the full term.
You may stop participating at any time by written notice. Fees already paid are non-refundable except under the guarantee, and unpaid installments remain due.
If we end your enrollment for any reason other than your breach of the agreement or non-payment, we refund a pro-rata share of the fee for the unused term.
Please raise any billing question with us in writing before starting a chargeback. We respond within 10 business days.
