Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, programs and services of XSITE Capital Academy LLC, including Vanguard (“XSITE,” “we,” “us”). By using our sites or purchasing our programs you agree to these Terms.
Educational Purposes Only
Our content, webinars, courses and communications are for education and information only. They are not investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing on our sites is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security. Real estate investing involves risk, including loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results, and results shown are from participants and are not guaranteed. Consult qualified professionals before making decisions.
Programs and Prices
- Vanguard Core Mentorship: 12 months of mentorship. $25,000. Payment plans are available.
- Vanguard Elite Mentorship: 18 months of mentorship. $45,000 paid in full, or 12 monthly payments of $3,750 (total $45,000, no interest or added fees). The payment plan ends automatically after the twelfth payment and does not renew.
- Core and Elite require a 30-minute discovery call before enrollment. Their fees, scope and payment schedule are set out in the written agreement or invoice issued to you at enrollment.
- All prices are in US dollars. Programs are education and mentorship only. No program includes any investment, ownership interest or security.
Accounts and Payments
- You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your enrollment.
- Payments are processed securely by Square. We do not store your card details.
- No program is a subscription and nothing renews automatically. Payment-plan installments are charged on the dates shown at checkout. If an installment fails we will email you; access may be paused until it is paid. To cancel, email [email protected]; cancellation is governed by the Refund Policy.
- Missed payment. If a payment is missed, we will notify you in writing and allow 10 business days to resolve it. Nothing else happens during that period. After that, we may suspend access until your account is current; sessions missed during a suspension are not made up. If the amount remains unpaid 30 days after notice, we may declare the remaining balance due and recover reasonable collection costs on amounts properly owed. You cover processor fees on failed or reversed payments.
- Billing questions. Please raise any billing question with us in writing before starting a chargeback. We respond within 10 business days and correct any error promptly.
No Investment Access
Members get no access to, or priority in, any investment offered by XSITE Capital or any related company. Nothing in our programs or on our sites is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. XSITE claims no fee, commission, equity or promote in any transaction you source or close on your own account.
Refund Policy
Refunds and cancellation for Vanguard Core and Elite include a 30-Day Action-Based Guarantee and are set out on our Refund Policy page. To request a refund or cancel, email [email protected].
Communications
By providing your email address or phone number you agree we may contact you about your registration, events and our programs. You can opt out of emails with the unsubscribe link and of texts by replying STOP. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, recordings and branding are owned by XSITE or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use purchased materials and may not copy, resell, share or distribute them.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our sites, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use them unlawfully.
Disclaimer
Our programs are educational. XSITE and its instructors are not registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, attorneys or accountants, and nothing in our programs or on our sites constitutes investment, legal, tax or financial advice.
We make no representation that any student will purchase a property, raise capital, earn income or achieve any financial result. Real estate investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Examples used in our programs are for instruction only and describe past transactions that may not be repeated. Tax rules discussed in our programs are subject to change and should be confirmed with a qualified tax professional.
Case studies and testimonials are historical, and results are not guaranteed. You alone make, and are responsible for, every decision about markets, properties, offers, financing, guarantees and capital raising, and you should retain your own attorney, CPA, securities counsel and lender. When raising capital you are responsible for complying with applicable securities laws.
Limitation of Liability
Our sites and programs are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, XSITE and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for investment losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the program at issue.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought in the courts located in Maryland. Before any proceeding, the complaining party will give written notice and the parties will try for 30 days to resolve the matter through conversation, then through non-binding mediation, before turning to the courts.
Changes
We may update these Terms and will post the new date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
